We’re offering two special ships available for sale for the next 24-hours: the promised Banu Merchantman and the Xi’An Scout ship. Both of these ships were unlocked by Star Citizen backers, and they both represent how additional funding is allowing us to expand the games in new and exciting ways. Remember, all of these ships will be available in the finished game. Purchases today help Star Citizen’s development!

Xi’An Scout

The Khartu is the light attack craft of the Xi’An military. Contrary to Human ship design, the Khartu doesn’t have a traditional main thruster, instead featuring an array of maneuvering thrusters on articulated rigs. This design allows for incredible agility, making them the bane of UEE pilots. The Aopoa corporation manufactures this export model, the Khartu-al, for sale to human civilians as a dedicated scout/explorer. Pick one up here!

Banu Merchantman

Banu traders are renowned for their merchant prowess, traveling the spacelanes and trading with everyone from humans to the Vanduul! Their sturdy, dedicated trading ships are prized beyond all other transports, sometimes passing from generation to generation of Banu. Additionally, a limited allotment of Idris-P corvettes will be available for sale throughout the day. Keep checking the store: we’re releasing four allotments of 100 each at times designed to give users around the world a shot. Idris-Ps will retain their original price for all backers and will include LTI for everyone. PLEASE NOTE: due to FinCEN regulations, packages over $1,000 can not be gifted. This includes the Idris-P corvette, so do not purchase one expecting to transfer it to another account! You can check for Idris availability here.
